Novalis released its fourth Sustainability Report, marking significant progress in its environmental and social commitments while announcing expanded targets through 2040.
The report, which follows the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework, introduces first-time assessments of the company’s biodiversity impact and comprehensive Scope 3 emissions analysis throughout its value chain.

Key initiatives detailed in the report include the implementation of worldwide take-back and recycling systems, advancing the company’s transition to circular products. The company has also developed new strategic partnerships aimed at reducing emissions beyond its direct operations.
Founded by Dr. Z.L. Wu, Novalis has structured its sustainability framework around three core perspectives: People, Planet, and Community. The report provides updates on progress toward established 2030 goals while introducing new targets extending to 2040.
