Lumebox Red Light Therapy – As I’ve shared here and in my book Dwelling, I have Hashimoto’s (an autoimmune thyroid disease). My naturopath recently suggested for me to try red light therapy. Of course this isn’t medical advice for anyone but me, but she convinced me so I ordered this box and am going to give it a try! I’ve heard so many good things about it.

The company gave me a special referral link for 45% off so it’s a crazy deal (I believe it’s on sale for one more day). It’s considered a safe therapy but as always, check with your doctor if this sounds interesting to you! I just got this so I will report back after I try it.
