Swedish flooring manufacturer Bjelin is set to debut its next-generation sustainable hardwood flooring solutions at Bau 2025, Europe’s premier trade fair for architecture, materials, and systems, in Munich, Germany.
The company will unveil its latest innovation, Woodura Herringbone 2.0, featuring oversized panels and enhanced durability, at the Munich-based exhibition running January 13-17, 2025. The new product line builds on Bjelin’s revolutionary Woodura technology, which produces floors three times stronger than conventional engineered options while reducing timber usage by 90%.
“The cutting-edge technologies in our Bjelin floors deliver unique, high-performance products, and we’re excited to present our latest collections,” said Fredrik Alfredsson, global head of sales at Bjelin. “These flooring products are highly valued by architects and interior designers.”
Visitors to Booth 326 in Hall 6 will also experience the company’s Contrast Collection, showcasing distinctive Slavonic oak grain patterns, alongside the popular Woodura Planks 3.0. All products feature advanced floor locking systems developed by sister company Välinge Innovation, enabling quick installation without nails or adhesives.
The Bau exhibition aligns perfectly with Bjelin’s focus on architectural innovation and sustainable building solutions. The company’s presence underscores its commitment to developing eco-friendly flooring options that don’t compromise on durability or aesthetic appeal.
