Favorite Things Friday: A Meaningful Mother’s Day Gift, Garden DIY, and My Friday Finds!

Happy Friday, Friends! Well from spring into summer we went! I feel like I blinked and the weather went from refreshing to HOT. I’m definitely not complaining, but WOW. This week we quickly opened up our pool and have been spending so much time outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather we’ve been having in Michigan. At the beginning of the week, we celebrated a beautiful Mother’s Day and I’ve been riding the love from that day all week long. Check out some of my other favorite things from the week below!

One thing about me is that I love decor that is multi-purposeful. Chances are that you may already have some type of market bag around your home. In this blog post here [HERE], I want to share some easy ways to use those cozy market bags for storage, and clutter, and how to also work them into your decor!

Each week I gather images that I’m inspired by in my weekly Scroll Stoppers blog series. This week’s images all include arched windows! Check out all of the inspiring images here [HERE].

In this weekly blog post, I share some great vintage and antique treasures from around the internet. I love curating special home decor items to share with you. Depending on the size of your garden space, keeping track of what you have planted can oftentimes get jumbled. That is why organizing where your plants are located with plant markers can help make gardening a breeze. In this blog post here [HERE] I wanted to round up 15+ ready-to-purchase plant markers, but also offer two different DIYs to create your own!

It’s been a while since I came here to share an EPIC antique find with you guys, but boy do I have one today to share! For this one we have to go way back to February when we went to California for a book signing at the Barnhouse Chicks Vintage Market. The vendors were to die for & of course little old me was planning to buy some antiques even though I knew I couldn’t take the big pieces with me on the plane. Well, that all went out the window when I saw a certain piece from afar…let’s chat about it in this blog post here [HERE].

I’m back with another splurge or save blog post! This time it’s all about Entryway Organizing Finds [HERE]. One goal of mine in 2022 is to continue offering and sharing cozy items at all price points. That is why I love writing these splurge or save posts because it gives me a chance to search around the internet for the best prices for you!

Thursday this week I went on Daytime TV in Florida to share some creative ways to display family photos in your home. Physical photos will always have a place in my home. However we display them, they are a great way to be taken back to a special memory. Regardless, there is still a place for physical photos and I am going to share three of my favorite ways to display them with creative takes on this traditional decor here [HERE].
